To best support the UIowa community’s mental health, MentalHealth@Iowa was created as a single hub to easily explore the mental health service options on the UIowa campus including:
Campus Mental Health Services - Services include individual, group, and couples therapy; psychoeducational programming, and consultations to address a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, suicide prevention, substance abuse, eating disorders, trauma, loss/grief, identity development, and relational concerns.
Suicide Prevention Resources - Lists of on-campus and off-campus resources are available for individuals having thoughts about suicide or are looking for someone to have a judgment-free place to talk.
Collegiate Recovery Program - The University of Iowa Collegiate Recovery Program (CRP) provides an environment that supports the therapeutic and educational needs of Iowa students who are considering recovery, in recovery, or wanting to support those in any stage of recovery from addiction.
Services are available for students, staff, faculty, families, and community members at https://wellbeing.uiowa.edu.
